He has over twenty-five years of automotive electronics experience with increasing design, R&D and management responsibilities at OEM and Tier 1 Suppliers. He has authored numerous technical publications and has had several patents granted with several pending approval. Well respected by his industry peers, Marian has an extensive background in the design and development of automotive electronics including module, vehicle level integration and validation testing, as well as past responsibilities for correcting or improving Supplier production and quality issues. |

time and within budget and developing subordinates
